How does Freedget store my data?

Freedget stores your app data using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. Your financial information is stored in your personal iCloud account.

How does family sharing work?

Freedget can share selected family records with invited family members using Apple CloudKit Sharing. Members can access shared family data according to the permissions supported by the app.

How can I delete my data?

You can delete your data directly inside the app. Deleted data is removed from the app and from the associated iCloud records, subject to Apple's iCloud sync behavior.

How do I restore my Family+ subscription?

Open Freedget and use the Restore Purchases option inside the app. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store.

How do I cancel my Family+ subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone.

Does Freedget have its own login?

No. Freedget does not use a separate email and password login system. The app uses iCloud for sync and storage.
